I agree with you, Linda.
Although, I am not old enough to evaluate some governments, I can safely said that Haiti never had a good government since the end of the Duvalier dictatorship.
Personally, I believe in action not in words.
Haitians should learn to judge a president on what he accomplishes not on his personal style.
You might be a very good person, but a lousy president.
To get back to what Codo was saying, let's look at Mr. Bazin.
Here is a gentleman who dispenses all kind of advice on how to change the country, but was unable to do so when he was in power.
In fact, he was a total failure.
Mr. Codo, Japan doesn't have any natural resources.
Yet, the japanese economy is the second strongest economy in the world.
We can accomplish miracles, too. What we need is to take care of our fellow citizens and of our country.
Some will say, we are too poor, we don't have any money.
This is a defeatist attitude.
It just means that we are not using our God-given ability to think and to create.
In the next couple of days, I will write an article showing that no country is poor and any country can raise a lot of money by just taking a few steps.
At the end of the day, Haiti looks like a headless chicken that is running around with no definite plan in mind, temporarily postponing the inevitable.
We seem unable to realize that we are in a crisis situation.
God bless!!!
