Reginald Jean-jacques, you said we criticize every time

About pourquoi tous ces partis, Reginald Jean-jacques, you said we criticize every time something goes wrong.

Well, I've patiently been waiting for anything from this president.

I MEAN IT, I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GIVE HIM CREDIT FOR ANYTHING AT ALL. Originally, I was one of the people who said that the man found the country in a pitiful state and that he should have a chance to show us what he can do. WELL HIS HAD ALMOST HIS WHOLE TERM AS PRESIDENT.

WHAT HAS HE DONE THAT'S NOTE WORTHY?

Tell you what...here's a list of the basic things that our leader has not done for the nation.

I've kept this list to the bare minimum.

I mean, I'm not asking for serious progress, just basic stuff that all national leaders are expected to provide.

I will show you my list of things he didn't do, and since you want to prove me wrong, you will than have to show me your list of things he did do. HEY, YOU MIGHT EVEN WIN ME OVER TO YOUR WAY OF THINKING.

I promise to keep an open mind; now go ahead...show me.
My list:
1. The Haitian people are finally able to FEED THEIR CHILDREN.

YOU KNOW, THEY HAVE THINGS CALLED JOBS?

NOPE
2. The country is now clean and Haitians no longer have to cross PILES OF FILTH downtown or anywhere else?

AGAIN NOPE
3. The country is now EXPORTING MORE and IMPORTING LESS?

NO AND NO
4. TOURISTS are coming back?

Aww, shucks...this to is a NO
5. About bad PR, and this oh so unimportant AIDS issue that has all of us stupid people so upset.

NOTHING
6. The Haitian population's ILLITERACY rate. ANYTHING?

NOPE NOTHING
WELL OK, MAYBE THE ABOVE THINGS WERE JUST TOO HARD FOR OUR DARLING PRESIDENT; LET'S TRY SOME EASIER ONES.
7, Haitians now have basic ELECTRICITY.

No?

Nowhere.

NOPE, I DON'T SEE IT. DO YOU?

8. Regular DRINKING WATER in most places...some place...a few places.

STILL NO!!!

I think that's enough of just basic things.

NOW SHOW ME YOUR LIST, AND CHANGE MY MIND.

The topic is: pourquoi tous ces partis
