A journey through the MYTHS:
SCIENCE: The earliest human ancestor known so far is "Lucy," a representative of Australopithecus afarensis dated to about 3.18 million years ago. (Africa).

I have already stated that the Y chromosome is a derivative of the X chromosome from 300 millions years ago. The theory of evolution has *nothing* to do with the origin of life, It describes the natural process of change that occured to life after it began and is supported by dozens of branches of science.

MYTHS: The creation tale of mankind (Adam) can be found in ancient Sumeria, which is what we all know today as Iraq. A Sumerian text has immortalized the creation of an Adamu which is clearly the inspiration for the biblical story of Adam and Eve, in the "Myth of Atrahasis." What does this tell us about the integrity of what was "written" by those who copied and embellished stories from previous ancient civilizations and passed them on as their own?

Eridu Genesis is a Sumerian account of the Flood, in fact the Epic of Gilgamesh has in it the great flood story which is the precursor of Noah's Ark. In one creation story, the Goddess "Nammu" was reported: "Without the sperm of a male she gave birth to offspring to the embryo of mankind.

(Harps 157)"[does this story sound familiar?]It was also reported that in the myth of"Ninmah and Enki" Ninmah molds from the clay a man [this sound also familiar]Another report:Enki advise that a god be killed and that the birth goddess "Nintur" mix his flesh and blood with clay. This was done after which 14 womb goddesses gestated the mixture and gave birth to 7 human pairs.

Man's nature then is part clay (earthly) and part god (divine).

An "eye for and eye"{familiar] are parts of the codified laws of Hamurabi.

The story of moses is the story of "Sargon".

The story of Herod killing all first born male sons and the Pharoah killing all first born son in Egypt can be found in the more ancient myths of Sumeria.

In fact many of the stories that we know from the Old Testament can be traced back to Sumeria.

All those stories are simply MYTHS.

The argument over Evolution and Creation has been going on for quite some time. I prefer modern science for Darwin theories are too simplistic for the 21st Century.

I will conclude that we are all spiritual beings animating physical bodies.

Mardochard you have the right to believe whatever you wish and follow whatever liturgy you feel comfortable with. But do not be too rigid in your beliifs and do not PRESUME that Christianity is the only road to everlasting life, for it has been tainted by the blood of millions.

There are many other roads to the Divine.

I will pause here. Take a look at what real science can do.
