Some changes were made to the Cap-Haitien page and a minor change to the Jacmel page. The Jacmel page needs a little work, I'll get to that sometime tomorrow.

The Jacmel page is important being that it will probably be one of Haiti's main tourist destinations.

and the Port au Prince page, I took out that ugly picture where it said, "district of the capital" and replaced it with something more appealing to the eyes.
