Hi, fellow Haitian
An Haitian does not live by bread only but also his/her ability to be productive.

First, we need to know if there is a real desire from the authorities to feed the mass. Secondly, we need to know how to finance such endeavor.

It is somewhat easy to make suggestion to the Haitian government on what it needs to do to quench the misery of the people; it is somewhat difficult to indicate where is the money coming from.
