Serious4change said "Is the Government planning to establish a think tank or do we start all over again everytime we have a new Administration.

Let's get something straight, the Haitian government is or should be a permanent system, Rene Preval and his cabinet are or should be just the administrators of that system."

I say, "from his mouth to God's ears," because only with a stable permanent system which withstands various elections and political party changes can our country grow and prosper.
