Strange? This domain might be for sale?

I accessed this website from another computer by using internet explorer instead of mozilla firefox I got the website without he picture and it said" This domain is for sale" Is Preval selling this domain I wonder?

All those people asking for help never got an answer back. We could be making suggestions to thin air if this domain is being used for mostly commercial purporses and advertisements.
