Good Haitian Leaders Worldwide Haitian Respect

Somebody please tell me, I know Preval's short term goal is to say in power and finish his term, but what is his long term goal (something that goes beyond his presidency)?

Please don't tell me it's another "place publique" or some stupid "monument".

In all the carribbean nations, you only hear about Haitians being mistreated everywhere.

Dominican Republic (of all places), Jamaica, Nassau Bahamas, USA.

They are looking for JOBS, this is the ONLY reason a Haitian will leave Haiti.

What are the Haitian leaders doing so the rest of the world can stop treating us like S*H*I*T

We need a THINK TANK in Haiti.

Does the government have one?

Is there a government in Haiti that is making short term and long term strategic plans for Haiti?

Is the Government planning to establish a think tank or do we start all over again everytime we have a new Adminstration.

Let's get something straight, the Haitian government is or should be a permanent system, Rene Preval and his cabinet are or should be just the administrators of that system.
