If the Dominicans knew that we were capable " to inflict upon them some serious punishing blows" every time they attacked our citizens they would not be so callous.

Haiti needs some light weight Israeli style machine guns as well. We have to develop the ability to defend ourselves or perish along the way, unfortunately exactly what Haitians have been doing so far," perishing at sea and in foreign countries!"
Don't we have Jewish friends and Latino friends to help us acquire such weapons?
