to whom it may concern:
Mr.president, when it comes to the safety of our population, it means a lot each and everyone of us as haitian.

Most of the time, there's a lot of haitian got kill for no reason at all myself personally and your support can provide and improve the safety in the Haitian Teritory.

To be honest with you, sir,it will take just a little time and an increase of skills to the National Police of Paiti.

Because a small country like Haiti, we should be able to provide security for the population.When someone died on the street we're not responsable for the lost of his family, but if we didn't take the charge where it needs to be, its on us. Sometimes there's a lot of people died in Haiti we can't get the information who did it, but our police system is not smart and inform enough to get the job done the way it supose to be. because the relationship beetwen our officers and the population is not good for the type of informations they going to be needed from the population, I meant there's no even a relationship beetwen, but we need that because someone might be died in some part of the community we don't even know that person, but there's someone in this community who knows him with that person and his informations we are 90%sure who might did this crime;and who ever done the crime has to pay for it.it should not be a critic for our police department in this area.When you got this message I hope you take a few minutes to look at it. Because if we get a little concern about the safety of our population it will change the figure of Haiti.With all do respect, sir,that's all I have for you, Mr.President.
