Road tolls could have been great:

But first our government should ask more participations in rebuilding Haiti, from you and I by paying more taxes when we entering Haiti as Tourist, resident, or foreigners at the Airport and Borders: Also demanding Hotels & Car rentals company Owners to give more participations in rebuilding Haiti.

Also the Government should call for Haitians Architects & Ingineers specialized in Roads & Bridges constructions make a selection Thru a lottery with in them.

Then the Government should call a special meeting with Company's like Vorbes & Fils, Flambert Etc in auction bid to fully handle the Roads and Bridges constructions for a comprehensive price as giving their participations in rebuilding Haiti

In return the Government should give those company's some kind of small tax exemptions or tax break for a period of times, also the government could even promised them to be part of the rebuilding construction programs with a contract for Government School Buildings, Jails, Hospitals, Etc.

I beleive this is again one more chance We as Haitians should take very seriously: Drastic if we may, to change the course and directions of our great Mother Land.
