I laughed so hard at this post that a piece of "bannann peze" almost went trhough the wrong pipe. Hmm...Move Zanj Airport sound so good!!!!!
Now: you're asking us to apply our theory: you come close to tell us no more rethoric, and it is about time to come up with something.

One of our blogger suggested that Ile de la Tortue should be a tourist destination.Listen, let's start with a small project: the first building of (?) Resort.

Assume that:
1- 20 of us at least come up with:
$100/month x 12 months (#24,000) x 3 years
2- 50 people from Latortue, the one living abroad contribute $1000 each :$50,000/year X 3 years.

3- One civil enginer, one architect, (volunteers)
4-the people from the Island contribute by providing sand, stones, etc...If in 3 years we we are faithful to our plege, we will have: $72,000 x 3 years=$222,000
that is a god start for this pilot project.

This sounds like a "kombit"to me!

1- Even before we start, we needl: first and foremost a strong desire to help the country, mutual trust, good accounting and marketting skills, motivation skill to get people on board, commintment in order to collect, manage, and sell the project.

Once this is established, we will use one of our best resources so far:Miss Linda, who will go there on a field trip.She is an anthropologist (the only person whose profession is revealed on this site).

She will conduct a study on how to involve the people of this beautiful island in this project.
