Dear Mr Preval it's a pleasure to write this short notes I don't know if you will read it or if they will give you a chance to even seeing it. First I congratulate you on your victory and the beautiful job that you are doing with the criminal, God bless you! I would like to ask you a question concerning the F.A.D'h Mr president with all the respect you don't think a reform of the F.A.D'h could create a job opportunity for some family Mr president?

they don't have to be on the street like they use to be with the gun it's just to keep some peoples off from the streets.
