Why are so many eg mediocre representing Haiti?

Haiti do not need politicians or "radio diol" sort of speak; Haiti need people with genuine University degrees "not the fake diplomas" some pretenders have had made for themselves, but real degrees in economics, engineering, international law, education and agriculture.

Perhaps the government need to sponsor groups of 4 people, and settle them in rich cities in the US, Canada, Europe.

Have them create non-profit organizations designed to collect as much funds as possible for "special projects".

The funds would be ear marked for schools, roads, decent housing, desalinization water plants, solar energy, replanting of all mangos and other fruit seeds, and garbage processing plants.

Haiti need collective farms to export coffee, sugar, fruits to colder climate countries or Arab countries with lots of income.

Those non profit collection organizations for instance would be provided a 25 percent operating cost from what "THEY COLLECT" within the first year. for salaries and housing and they eventually would become independent of the government.

I feel great shame every time I see images of Haiti on television.

It's never beautiful, it's always dirty, poor, skinny, primitive like African people.

(Even Africans have made more progress than us).

It's time we take actions to become the "pearl" of the Caribbean again.

Since most Haitians do not speak French, we need to tell those french "UN DERNIER ADIEU" and start teaching our people spanish, and english in primary school and portugese in secondary school.

Those are the languages they will need to survive in the future in this continent.

We can import Cubans and Jamaicans at a very low price to educate the future generation.

Please make it happen! Every politician should understand that he or she is a "servant" of society.

They are not placed there to be an "oppressor" of that society or "their get rich quick scam" nor to acquire power for the sake of power itself following the European Machiavely "genre" and not doing anything concrete for their own people.

THAT'S AN ACT OF HIGH TREASON! punishable by death! THAT'S A VIOLATION OF THE FUTURE OF ALL HAITIANS.

How are we to move forward if we cannot rule or even protect, nor defend ourselves from an invasion from any nation.

Think about that! One more idea all (adults 18+) Haitians living abroad should pay a "flat tax" of the equivalent of $200 US dollars to Haiti per year to MAINTAIN their citizenship.

Make it mandatory to get a VISA to enter Haiti with an up- to- date MEDICAL CLEARANCE, indicating they DO NOT HAVE HIV or full blown AIDS. For those who wish to have DUAL CITIZENSHIP (those who became citizens of other countries to survive) The flat tax and the visa should apply to them also. That would be an excellent way to collect a decent amount of money per year, and stop trying to collect taxes on houses from the poor who cannot pay. So, what do you think about my ideas?

I can't even contemplate retiring one day in Haiti it's too awful.

I will have to move to Puerto Rico. I can't even come home to REST BEFORE I DIE! Haiti need to launch a new movement the "END Of MEDIOCRITY" and demand that people that are educated and capable apply to represent them on the world stage.

I think Toussaint Louverture would have agreed with me.
One more thing any Haitians being returned by the US to Haiti should be processed to separate those with criminal records (drugs, gangs, those who committed murders, rapes) to prevent them from corrupting society.

Sacrifices have to be made for the good of that society.PS: A movie about the Haitian revolution is coming to American society soon. Last I heard Toussaint was being played by Westly Snipes and it was being filmed in Zimbawe.

Please make sure they have the correct story.

The name of it will be "Two Suns".

I feel Haiti should profit from such movie, the rights to the story, the name of the characters, the book etc. etc.
