so good morning Mr the president this is Mr Francois Astre who speaking so I sent some email about what is going on in leogane commune where in an email you wrote to me where you said that there are instance communale who suppose to take care the needs of the population ok I understand that but this is not what happen what happening is that the ONG and the haitian government dont care for their population and respect one another ...so since UNICEF USAID UNESCO since when they are in haiti what they are doing for the children nothing ! nothing! so why should I let my children depend on someone who dont care dont respect them dont know where they lives what they eat what they drink every day in life so what we need to have a system kindergarden for the adultsin haiti because too many youngs haitians dont know how to read and write only thing they can do is sell something cannot give the right change because they dont know how to count so we have many many things to do so let start right now because we are the world we are the people we are the one who can make a better day so if we are really care ...so I am very concerning about the way haitians governments treat the haitians peoples to that's bad no lights no waters no roads no school no social security no medicare no medicad no public assistant no legal aide assistant no public defendant the haitians are turning loose like animals in a forest this is no good for the respect of the dignity of the nation so let's see before you leave what can we do for the haitian poor ...Francois love you and God bless you from your( CSP)SPECIAL COUNSELOR PRESIDENCIAL
