to me sir,
the most basic thing for any serious government to achieve on your first three months of power in haiti is "hygiene".

If you can not manage the garbage, you government is powerless and invisible.

When you consider the complexity of all the other issues, Mr preval will be lost. Right now it's only talks no actions, as usual.
