Again, here in Haiti, we do not have a police problem.

When you have gunmen getting down of military vehicles in the middle of the streets in daylight and start shooting randomly military style on innocent people.

This is not a police job.

This is called " Urban Guerilla"and this is very difficult to solve.

Unfortunately the only officer who has been trained in the U.S.to handle "Urban Guerilla" was killed recently by ADS.His name was Col. Guy Francois.

Maybe there is a good reason for such a crime, right?

Anyway, you can mobolize all the police of the world, you will never able to secure Haiti until you have an Anti-Urban Guerilla force.

Keep dreaming about security until you wake up one morning and discover the worst.
