New haitian army

I think now haiti need security, It is crasy now to talk about army, if the police cannot have all the necessary equipment to fifht this little gangs, where the government is going to get the money to reinstate the new army I consider this like "a father who has 6 children he cannot even send then to school but he try to have more with another woman that's crasy, try to take care of the 6 children then go head have more"

Also the problem we face now is just a police job, not an army job. I will be agree to create an army when the contry has the economical potential to handle such thing.

army suppose to be in the border not in the center on p-au-p doing police job. but for now what ever money we have invest it on the police to make it strong to keep p-a-p safe
