Dual Citizenship Engage the Haitian middle class

Mr. President, in order to ensure the development of the country, you need to engage the middle class.

You need to give them a stake in the affair of economy and politic.

The rich elite in the country will not help you, they are not interested in lifting the country out of poverty.

The international community have a short attention span. They don't have the patience to help the country resolve many of its problems.

Your only option is the middle class.

The middle class is the millions of despora living in the US, Canada and France.

You need to make dual citizenship a top priority.

The despora has the education, the technical know how and the economic backing to help you solve many of the country's problems.

Whenthe Haitian congress pass the dual citizenship admendment to the constitution, install compitent ambassadors to the countries that I mentioned.

These ambassadors should promote Haiti to the Haitian community in their respected countries.

Engage them in possible investement opportunities in Haiti.

If they are sending more than $1 billion to the country, they must have disposable income to start a business in Haiti.

This will increase employment and help lift the country out of its misery.
