Half percent of the Haitian elites are African Americans and the other half are creoles i.e. born in Haiti.

The African American Haitian elites' descents are the ones who are cooperating with CIA in the killing of Haitian dissidents in Haiti.

The other half got reduced to 50% by Duvalier's killings and a third of the remaining half are living overseas.

I bet you if the whole Haitian elites were creoles, Haiti would not look the way it looks now. The Berndt i.e. Brandt want everything for themselves and the Baker, Brown Vorbes are worst than the Haitian Creoles.

They have all changed their names and from Mevzvinsky we have Meuz or Mevz and so on. I am not suprised by those crimes coming from the Brandt family in the U.S.
