Replying to Bellerive to Keep his Job with Martelly, Touliman, I don't think any new president is strong enough to deal with the CIA. He might have to ignore them for now, and go about the task or dealing first with the NGO's. Right now, they are the main impediment to the country's progress.
They are actually sucking the life out of the country--both economically and culturally.
He can deal with the CIA once he has a stronger hold on things.
Getting these NGOs out of the country is going to be a dangerous and hard task.
