Hi Touliman, Your post was interesting, but I think your main point is confusing.

What do you mean by, "I would suggest him to opt for a Temporary Protection Status visa for other Haitians from Haiti on a two year basis to go work in the U.S. to help the educated Haitian Diaspora stay in Haiti."

If you could elaborate on that, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
