I just love the way people accuse Aristide of the same things their own candidates are guilty of. Listen people: the game is called politics!!!! EVERY politician only care about HIM or HERSELF, it's the nature of the game! So whatever!
We should stop putting these so call leaders on pedestals, claiming that they are the solution to our problems! Then we get all pissed off because they can't accomplish impossible goals in a 5 year presidential term. We as voters need to change our strategy! It's time we sit down, cool our heads down. Yes we are in dire situation as a nation but F at CK THERE IS NO MESSIAH in politics.

So whomever is "preselected" to win these upcoming elections, let's not fixate on the presidents, they are just want to be gods and goddesses! If these candidates really wanted to do something they would look for other more useful positions!
Our country needs to have people more involved in LOCAL elections, where the elected are more likely to know what is going on their neighboorhood, communes, departments etc...

These are the people we actually need to choose wisely, cause they are the ones who will be going to vote for or block projects etc...

So bottom line we are screwed with whatever president we get on Sunday! Let's focus on the next senatorial/congressional/mayoral/"etc..oral" elections and try to get the right people to key posts...
