Natif Natal,

Keep on laughing, I see that is your special skills.

You seem to get a kick out of insulting people but my credentials was not meant to impress you but you seem to feel some kind a way about it since you feel the need to denigrate the schools I attended along with the NY Bar.

Why would I need to impress you?

Kisa mwen nan men la'a?

al couch tande patne! you can't even express yourself without throwing insults, so who would want to engage in a relevant debate with you?

I stated my credentials so list yours and let us know why you're the only one who has the ability to understand the constitution.

Perharps, you were one of the orginal drafters.

you lack logic, like that cheap blow about my salary.

Genius, an attorney is a service provider.

we provide service for a fee, duh?

of course, your clients pays you for your service.

Was the point you were trying make?

and your example of Bush and Gates back Martelly supporter when we say you do't necessarily need a college degree to be an effective leader.

so Bush went yale and he was lousy and Manigat went to Sorbonne.

Just because she attended Sorbonne does not mean that she will make a great president.

Gates dropped out of college, he's a success so Martelly is a success in his own right in the Music industry.

not just because he's a great musician but because he was able to understand the business side of the industry.

We think he can bring that same intelligence to the presidency.

thanks for making out points.

I decided to support Martelly after I found out Mme Manigat is backed by the Inite from friend who is part of the Preval administration.

After representing a few companies that wanted to invest in Haiti, I had the displeasure of working with the inept and greedy folks from the Preval Administration.

They let $300-500 millions walk right of the door because their greed and ignorance scared the investors.

These guys wantd to do a BOT deal with the government of Haiti to build a resort around Les Cayes, to build a commercial port to bring in the construction material and fuels, renovate and enlarge the current airport in les cayes and build infrastructures roads, drainage, electricity and the the government would own all these after 10-15years but the investors would remain control of the hotels and casinos.

those Preval guys wanted to be paid from the top and it was too many hands to grease so the investors moved.

those Preval guys could careless how much this would help Haiti with decentralization by creating an economic center in the south.

they just did not care, they just wanted money for their pockets because they figure if their government is not in power when we transfer the infrastructures then how would it benefit them. We even suggest how they can benefit economically by investing their own funds and we would match their private funds where they could own hotels and vacation homes or rentals but their minds simply can't comprehend the concept of investing.

they just want money upfront.

So I know for sure Manigat real political back up and many of these same guys will be in her adminsitration so with her, Haiti will not go anywhere.

I figure I would rather go with the guy who don't pretend to be an intellectual but is a pretty savy politician and seem to be a promising leader who actually have a sense for business and development and who wants to move the country forward.

feel free to laugh beause you obviously have never taken the time to assess the predicament of Haiti.

After working with the current crop of Haitians in the Preval administration, ignorance is not a laughing matter, it is really sad when the head of a government can't get something as simple as a BOT deal. I can't imagine handing them anothe 5 years to further drive the country down the drain.
