This is to rpove the true reality of our own proverb that says "Pale Franse pa di lespri pou sa-a." Unfortunately most Haitians are incapable to realize what I have been saying about the mental state of this woman.

It is clear this woman is showing sign of dementia and alzheimer's disease.

Why can't Haitians understand that?

Unless they don't really understand the definition of these diseases.
