Haitians like to forget very fast, also deprives of info is one of the problems.

(D.R)is one of the examples, even the danger still exist over there, they still go there in Vacations, to cut sugar canes, just last week one prostitute kill by stabbing one Haitian tourist in cold blood because he refuse to pay the lady 46 pesos (less $2 US) after finishing is bzness with the prostitute.

Lacking respect for others is the main cause of Haitians death overseas.
