Hey Toulimen,
You are right Haiti spends a lot of money on importing goods.

We are in a state of emergency.

But our people need clean water right there and right now. Clean and safe water, I am sure that you know, will reduce the number of cholera cases...We may have the right to shop around for CHEAPER water.

Then, we will have to pay with it with American foreign funds...Got the irony?
