Brother Mark makes sense.

Of'course we need our military.

A country without a military is nothing.

But at the moment the highest priority is to have a strong police force to mantian law and order through out the nation.

Like a legitimate VSN. Not to control the people but to put down criminals and opposing forces causing termoil and destruction in Haiti.

We need to modernize them updated weapons and real training.

After securing the nation we can move on to other things such as the building of our infrastructure, and cultivating of our agriculture, and our nation's military.
