We shouldn't jump to any conclusion regarding Jamaica.

They have a real Government with zero tolerance concerning diseases from abroad.

Remember, we have a deadly cholera strains in our country Haiti due to negligence in our leaders (thanks to our incompetant government by accepting UN in Haiti).

Remember when you have that particular strains at your hand, it will not go away. It was design to contaminated ennemies on battle fields.

Haiti will herite that strain forever, if they tell you he can disapear don't believe it, the strain will go dormant.

Jamaica always protective about diseases, the agriculture protective system in Jamaica is very serious bzness
