That may be your perception of a so-called typical Haitian.

So then are you a typical Haitian?

Perception and reality are not the same. Let's not fall under this perpetually self-hate mentality.

I don't believe in denigrating a whole nation of People.

My Haitian people do not have a sheep mentality, they are very opinionated.

literate or illiterate, I have participated in full debate my fellow Haitians in the streets, at home, in barbershops, restaurants, church, parties.

I don't know what your experience may be, but in my experience most Haitians are decent people.

Ignorant people and hustler come from all cultures.

Can we build each other up, I think we have destroying ourselves long enough.

I am proud to be Haitian and I would not choose to be anything else!
