You are right that Preval spent more than 20 years in power and why now at the end of his term he finalized a 200 millions of dollars' plan and where will they find that money?

It is sad and I have no hope returning in Haiti after 26 years of involuntary exile.

Anyway, I am looking for other ventures because Haiti will never turn the page of its history.

Are we doomed to failure in Haiti?

Why did we become independent if mismanagement should be our social norms?

Where is the hope that we are all cherishing...

It is sad Tiba and I would feel very speechless if those people have created an educational reformed plan just to show their knowledge on paper.
