Haiti needs to restructure its political establishment and it seems that Micky will be ready to do it. As an outsider of the current status quo, he will get everyone on board to change it. Micky will be the next Gorbatchev for Haiti.

Many Haitian professors in Canada, France and U.S. will be called on board to change the National Haitian Curriculum to reflect the international standards so Haitian students will not be discriminated anymore.

He will build more roads, bridges, schools and he will boost the Haitian agricultural productions to prevent Haitian migrations to the Dominican Republic, other Caribbean countries, U.S., France and Canada.

That's what the Haitian perestroika will be under Micky.
