I am going to start with the last part of your post my sister where you want deterrence to be applied into Haitian politics instead of revenge.

This is a strong word, but how can we deter crimes in a lawless country with no democratic institutions to do so?

We need to restore the Rule of law in Haiti to deter crimes.

The Duvaliers, father and son, had destroyed the political establishment in Haiti and until now we are governing with their own structure.

What did we do after Duvalier to consolidate the structural power that we had before them to move this country forward?

We had done nothing and the Haitian Bourgeoisie likes so much the political mess that the state of Haiti has found itself in. We need to fix this mess before we hold others accountable for any past crimes.

We should decentralize the Haitian government by creating five autonomous administrative and political divisions to manage all Haiti political affairs.

We need to remove all Duvaliers' structures so Duvalier would not return to power anymore.

We need to create 5 strong departments as it was before with 5 strong governors, mayors, auditors and so on to move Haiti forward.

Haitians are not good with management and I will not waste my time telling them what to do. It is sad my beloved sister to see a beautiful country going down this way. It is not the time for judging anyone, for we had all failed for not solving most of the Haitians' economic and social problems.

It is sad and the Haitian peasants deserve more ok...Jail for Duvalier will not bring back the 40,000 deaths that you have argued all along and that will not prevent other crimes from being committed on other Haitians rather it will bring more heinous crimes and jail riots with continued and repeated investigation.

It is time for Duvalier to apologize in Haiti before the Haitian people for crimes that were committed under his regime by all his accolytes.

Duvalier was too young to manage Haiti and he could not be responsible for the crimes of those very aged adults that were surrounded him. Duvalier Jean-Claude had not killed anyone with his gun and no one could come forward to say that he saw him killing someone.

Duvalier at the age of 19 years of age to 34 could not be hold accountable for those aged adult accolytes.

He was innocent and I will continue to plead his innocence toward those heinous crimes.

Duvalier is humane and I trust him more than any current political puppets in power in Haiti now. The United States with his CIA was the one to support Duvalier for killing communists on his behalf.

Now, they do not want Duvalier to denounce that fact and that is why they are bothered by his presence in Haiti.

He needs to be careful for the CIA can get him killed through his own doctors like they are doing with Aristide in South Africa and they had done it with Ti-Manno through Tiboule and his personal doctor.

The United States is responsible for all those crimes that the Duvalier regimes had committed in Haiti for they were killing communists to please the U.S. It is time to stop the United States with Coup D'etats and political exiles for our political leaders.

Leave Duvalier alone and try to understand the game that those liars are playing with us. I hope you understand it...pa pran nan konplo ak soup divizyon zanmi mwen.
