Tiba, not because Baby Doc is coming from France means that it is the French who are manipulating the situation.

Remember what I use to say to my fellow bloggers; we need to look deeper.

It is possible that this is Preval's game to stir up trouble in the country so that the country blows up in a civil war. If that happens, the constitution says that Preval gets to stay in office.

Don't forget that, as an exile, Baby Doc would not be able to enter the country unless Preval singed the legal paper that allows him to return.

The game is not clear at all.
