How are theyto put politics aside, if everything that's ever happened to Haiti and Haitians, is political?

What ever you may have heard, Haiti and Haitians' existence hanngs in the political scale.

Politics got Haiti where she is today, politics will have to get her out. There is no getting away from it. The only question left to be answered is whether Haitians were born with one chromosome too few or too many, as rumors would have it around the world.

You remarked that Haiti used to be known as "the Pearl of the Antilles" and that pearl has been tarnished, and Haitiians should rush to polish it back to its former splendor.

That Pearl has been tarnish alright, perhaps beyond recognition, I'll grant you that. But who is coming to visit that Haitians should rush to polish that pearl back to its former luster?

The Clintons are in the Island anytime they wish. Somebody may have had to twist George W. Bush's arm to make him go there.

But he was in the Island.

The whole world knows that Haiti today represents the worst sewer to found anywhere.

So, what is the purpose of this rush to polish Haiti back?

Especially if rushing is likely to make Haitians do a band-aid job when major surrgery is what is needed.

in reality.

No, no, no,no, a thousand times 'NO.' Hear this and hear it good. if you're in the least interested in what happens to that Island Haitiaans are going to grab a hold of themselves, pick up every last bit of nerves wherever they've lost them. Then get themselves set and ready to shock the damn world in a way it has not been shocked before.

If and when that happens, it won't take thirty days to record real changes in Haiti.

Haitians need to know the order in which the cart and the horse come.
