I indeed agree with your assertion.

Awhile back, on this blog, a member "veksen-m pat chen" calling me al kind of names, and walked all over my intellectual corn field for supporting that theory "Leaders are born" while he was adamently supporting the other side "Leaders are made."

Could it be possible there isn't one "born" Haitian leader?

It seems to me all of these so-called leaders were "On the job traing" learn as you go.

I do support education, but again, does having a higher education will make someone a leader, a progressive leader?

There were quite a few well educated presidents in Haiti, and yet, these presidents made life more difficult for their citizens.

My point in that piece was to shine light on the concept of educational level to be president.

History shows that most of the progressive leaders around the world have/had little education, for example: Lula of Brazil,
ex-prime minister of England John Major, the late Shar of Saudi Arabia, etc...

My point is that if you are a born leader regardless of your education level, you will do wonders for your country and your people.
