Tiba, I do understand your frustration into the idea of teaching children Haitians into their own language, but I would love to say that all French people are not animals.

However, the French Bourgeoisie as the leaders from former French colonial bourgeoisies still carries slavery into their minds and they are the savages ones. They are responsible for internal slavery within all former colonized french countries around the world.

We should care for the language that needs to be taught to our children if we want to give them a better and a brighter future.

If they are able to learn in their own language they will be able to develop their full potential in anything.

I mastered the Creole language while working for an NGO after I finished high schools in Haiti.

I went to the French institute in Haiti to master French, for I did not learn French well in my primary and secondary schools as well. If I did not do that to improve my learning I would not be able to master all three languages in Haiti at all. Before I left Haiti, I taught French, Creole and English in several schools and I know what I am arguing for. Haitian children could not develop their potential if they are not taught in their own language.

Only those who can afford to pay for expensive colonial french style schools such as St-Louis De Gonzague, Petit Seminaire, CIM and others can be successful in their learning of French and other languages as well. This kind of poison or mental slavery needs to be eradicated from the minds of the Haitian Bourgeoisie and our political leaders as well. Haitians can be redeemed if we all can accept to eradicate mental slavery into our institutions in Haiti.

I do not need to be mulattoes or rich dark skinned blacks to speak french.

Creole is our language and 100% of Haitians speak it, therefore, we should strive to build up this language and develop it to free Haiti from the renmants of slavery among us. By freeing all Haitians from this french muzzle, Haitians could build their self esteem up as well as developping their full potential.

Tiba, there will be no hidden truth or escape path for anyone if we can do that. You said it well: Haiti is not a french country nor a french colony as well. We must build on what can work if we want to be respected again.

All other languages should be classed as second languages or foreign languages period.

French is a foreign language to all Haitians due to the fact only 15% of Haitians speak it after 206 years of independence.

Creole is not a foreign language because 100% of Haitians speak creole and again it is the world 31st language so why panick for?

I am proficient in all three languages, but I would love all Haitians to be taught in their own language to eradicate illiteracy rate among us. This is possible and we will do it...
