I recognize there are always some bad apples among us. Let us lead by good examples and pray in order to change their lives and hearts.

Besides let us use the law of the land in all cases.

As Mr. Baker stated: the laws are there, they simply are not implemented, or they are implemented the wrong way. He promised to change this.
