No Transcendental Leaders In Haiti's Upcoming Elections

It is sad that we cannot have real electoral debates between the candidates that want to lead Haiti in the next upcoming elections.

Our electoral council is truly incompetent and those assigned electoral board members could have made a difference in the lives of the uneducated Haitians if they were competent enough.

They could have moved and transformed the country a lot if they were competent.

The reason that we have so many incompetent candidates as well as many political parties is this "the Haitian economic elites like the political mess that Haiti has found itself in." They will never fix it and they will never enable Haiti to make a difference within the international arena.

This is an elite that does not concern about other nations in the region.

It does not notice or take into consideration the economic progress of other nations in the region and they never ask themselves why Haiti should be governed this way. I wish this elite could step up and fix the political mess left by Duvalier's political advisers before their departure to exile.

One of the main reasons that we don't see any transcendental leaders is because they do not present any economic plan and social vision for Haiti.

They are giving us empty discourses to be elected, and they do not take time to argue their economic plan for Haiti.

They do not have any economic blueprint agenda and that is why it is always difficult for them to get loans from the international community.

It is time to show leadership and restore sanity in this country.

If we had a very qualified electoral council in Haiti right after Duvalier's departure, all Haiti's problems could have been at least solved to 50%.

Those board members have no economic and social vision to move Haiti forward and they have only been nominated to defend their easy paychecks.

A transcendental leader would proppose a good economic reform plan to move Haiti forward and he would never accept to continue the politics of more of the same old routines.

A transcendental leader will say to you this:
1. Day 1 of my administration: All political parties of Haiti's licenses will be suspended by a presidential decree
2. Creation of 4 reformed political parties to promote Haiti's causes
3. Educational Reforms will be implemented
4. Religious reforms will be implemented to separate church and state
5.Parliamentary reforms
6. Administrative reforms to reduce government spending and eradicate corruption
7. Creation of democratic institutions as watchdog and whistlebower to promote Haiti's causes
I think that I have to stop here for it is not worth it to lay out agenda for people who do not care for the future and the destiny of all Haitians.

I stop my propositions here just to show you how to recognize the voice or the message of a transcendental leader that will not continue the politics of more of the same...

They are all the same and they continue to believe that all Haitians are uneducated and ignorant.

This is sad and there could be no future for a country like that. It is sad and I can understand the pains of those ones that are suffering overseas.

If I were looking to retire in Haiti, I would be very sad every day. With my educational background, Haiti will not be a good place for me to retire and I wish all Haitians good luck with the politics as usual...
