Patcheko, you are right Baker is not popular in Haiti but he has the control of all army gangs in Haiti.

Baker is an African American settler in Haiti like Boyer, Mezv, Brown, Wolfe, Delatour, Vorbes, Flambert and others to name a few. They are selling Haiti to the U.S. without a price and that is why Haiti is the U.S. backyard for all U.S. garbages and medicine experiments.
