Internal colonization and external colonization are the plight of Haiti.

Some people believe in a bloody revolution to free HAITI from its internal oppression as endorsed by external colonizer forces, but HAITI has no true leader for such drastic goal. Natural disasters and human disasters are troublesome and Haiti needs to change leadership to solve this mess, for the ones that put HAITI into it will not get HAITI out.
