Mr. President,

I am very proud of you and wanted to wish you, Haiti and all of us the very best for the future.

As an Haitian-American who is friend with your daughter's I offer my services as an electrical engineer with extensive background in airport design, communications, and various other disciplines.

I travelled often to Haiti and was a guest at your inauguration.

Upon returning last month from Haiti, I saw a slight improvemnet in every aspect of life. It is therefore the reason why I extend my self to your administration to tap my vast resources to make us once again a nation that we could all be proud of.

May God bless you and the Republic of Haiti.
