Haitian worker shot and killed in Dominican Republic

It is now about 10:30p.m. on Sunday evening and there is late breaking news story out of Dominican Republic that a Dominican foreman has shot and killed a Haitian worker and the next day the Haitians counter attack.

We see in this story the need for Haitian policy copied after U.S. policy of "manifest destiny" which means in effect Haiti will expand to cover the entire island.
