Dear Mr. President and all others to come:

Is it that hard to write laws rules and regulations and train the police to enforce them?

All our country needs are laws, process and procedures; I don't understand all these Unites State educated members in the country holding powerful position can't organize a small country.

It would seem as if every president that comes; they ask what the country is going to do for them. Since we like America so much they had a president that said: "Ask not what your country can do for you but, what can you do for your country" We have suffered enough.

It is a shame the first free black independent country cant stand on its two feet because a greed and bad government...

are you not ashamed, Mr. president are you not ashamed?
