Wyclef and all naive and out of touched Haitians would finally realize and acknowledge that Haiti is a lawless country without a constitution.

Money, known as moolah, is the law and constitution in Haiti.

Nothing is free in Haiti!

The CEP has to get paid first before anyone would be accepted as a candidate for any public office in Haiti.

Wyclef Jean did not pay the CEP for his acceptance to the race, but had relied on the so-called law and constipation (my bad! I mean constitution) to do the right thing.

Well, Wyclef, you need to learn there is no such thing in Haiti as "do the right thing." You got to pay for anything you want in Haiti.
