Greetings to you all! Peace is with you!

Iwrote this letter of motivation to the haitians and to the Candidates of 2010 Presidential Elections.

I am disappointed about your attitude regarding my First Message to the Haitians Political Parties posted on 6/23/10. You did not reply to that one! It is mandatory to reply on both the first one and the second one, because we must work together with a common goal to restore Haiti.

In fact, I know your weakness and your strength; therefore I interven in this matter to help rebuild my country.

First of all, I will teach you some basic skills about Leadership and how to do Political Analysis.

I will provide various workshops or seminars in Creole upon your request.

Its importance is that too many haitians occupy high post in the Government and know nothiing about leadership.

In order to make a radical change in haiti, Haitians Leaders need fundamental training based on their positions or job descriptions.

Example: Last year, two Deputies were interviewed on the Haitian's Radio.

One of the questions that attracted my attention was that WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOW IN YOUR COMMUNITY?

The Deputy said,"The President did not tell me what to do yet.

You see, he was not prepared himelf for the job.He was waiting on the President command before he could do something.

The problem in this matter was that both the President and the Deputy did not have neither visions nor leadership skills to develop the country.

My friends, whatever post you occupy in the Government, you must be well prepared to fulfill your task without intervention.

You should have a vision before you apply for public office position.

The Leader must put forward a vision he can be honest about.

Scripture said, "Where there is no vision, the people perish."

Second of all, the number of the candidates overwhelmed the Elections.

In facts, none of the 38 Candidates has a well written National Policy! Shame on your guys!

In order to develop Haiti, an authentic Leader should have his National Policy ready before he engages in te campaign field.

How many of you have one?

If you don't have one, I will write one for you to help save my homeland.

I urge you also to reply on my topics, because they are very helpful in making the right decision.
