I agree with you there 500%.
This has always been the key element missing in the Haitian political voting process.
But again, with all honesty, Haitian people is not aware of that important piece because there has never been any "platforms" in the Haitian campaign process.
Candidates never run on a platform because they never planed to do anything in Haiti whether it's short or long-term.
Oh, what am I saying?

They do have a short and long-term plans.
Their short-term plan is: in what part of the world can they buy their next villa and pay cash for it in 3 months or less?
And, their long-term plan is: should they keep using Suisse Bank to pile up all the millions of dollars they will be stealing from the treasury public, or should they use American banks instead?
