The tone of Toulimen statement sound like a macoutic statement or a Duvalierist statement.

Duvalier was America tioul # from 1956 to the mid 80's. He killed over 60,000 people from babies to people in their 90's, their friends and the friend of their friends even their cats and dogs. A Foreign power gave Duvalier order to kill some of those Haitians.Some of those execution were conducted at the national palace under the certification and supervision of those foreign agents.
