Toulimen: No One Is Free In Haiti When Haitians Are Oppressed

< Previous | Home | Next >

Re: July 22, 2010

There is no freedom in Haiti because Haitian people are living in abject oppression.

Poverty is the result of oppression and discrimination in Haiti.

Haitians are poor because they are oppressed people.

To fight poverty, Haitians should remove all oppression barriers preventing them from fulfilling their destiny.

The top 5% of rich Haitian families are oppressed because they are oppressing others by not creating more jobs in Haiti, investing in Education, agriculture and infrastructure as well. Mevs and Brandt are not free to drive regular cars in Port-Au-Pce. They have to drive around P-au-Pce in diplomatic armoured cars with special license plates.

Their cars must have tinted windows at 100% to hide themselves from the poor. They are not free and others may believe that they are thieves due to the fact they have to hide themselves from the general public.

They cannot openly talk in public radios and televisions as well. What kind of life is that if you cannot freely drive in your own country?

Why do you have to hide?

Will you bring your wealth and money with you when you die?

That is why I believe that no one is free in Haiti when Haitian people are oppressed.

Please post it on google.

Charles Henry, stop embedding my title with yours on google.

You are not defending the interests of the Haitian people and the latter may think that you are the ennemy.

Please pass it on. Thanks!
