Preval is a honest and humbled man, but with a rapacious bourgeoisie he cannot do anything better for the country.

Haitian bourgeois are dirty crooks.

We should exile them for real in advanced countries with strong laws to teach them investment and job creations like with those crook Cubans in Miami.
